The Mayor of Capri plans to use DNA testing to bust dog owners who don't clean up after their pets. Dog owners will have to submit their dogs' DNA to a central database where it will be stored and then used to identify lazy pet people. The Mediterranean island plans to fine violators 2,000 euros.
