A Madisonville, Louisiana man was recently arrested for photographing women's butts at Wal-Mart. A deputy spotted Cody Cobble before following him out to his car where he noticed him enjoying his pictures. The 18 year-old admitted that taking pictures of the women "excited" him. The perv was charged with video voyeurism.
