A Man Was Busted For Drunk Driving On Halloween . . . While He Was Dressed Up As A Breathalyzer

Sometimes you have to look for irony . . . and sometimes it just smacks you in the face. This is definitely one of those "smack you in the face" situations.

--Early Monday morning, 19-year-old Matthew Nieveen of Lincoln, Nebraska was driving home from a Halloween party and was busted for a DUI . . . while he was dressed up as a BREATHALYZER.

--That's right. Matthew's Halloween costume was one of those store-bought breathalyzer costumes . . . where the breathalyzer's blowing tube is strategically and suggestively placed down in the junk region.

--The police in Lincoln pulled Matthew over when they saw him swerving in his Ford F-150. They didn't say what he blew on the ACTUAL breathalyzer, but it was enough to get him arrested for a DUI and for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

--This is the second Halloween in a row that a teenager has been busted for a DUI while wearing basically the same breathalyzer costume. Last year, 18-year-old James Miller of Oxford, Ohio was arrested in the exact same ironic situation.
