Rockford Files THE MOVIE?

Vince Vaughn will star in a movie version of "The Rockford Files". The original TV series starred James Garner as private eye Jim Rockford, who lived and worked out of a mobile home near the beach in Malibu. It ran on NBC from 1974 to 1980. NBC tried to bring it back last year with Dermot Mulroney in the lead role . . . but the pilot was reportedly TERRIBLE, and it never aired.
