Andrea Kellam was recently placed on administrative leave for teaching while drunk. The 54 year-old Virginia Beach, Virginia native was also charged with public intoxication after a school resource officer notified school staff that she was bombed. She has been teaching for the Virginia Beach public schools since September of 1993.
