McDonald's plans to hire 50,000 new workers on April 19th. The new "McJobs" will include management positions, as well as part-time and full-time jobs. The average pay for the jobs is $8.30 an hour, which is more than the federal minimum wage of $7.25 an hour. Restaurant managers can make $50,000 a year.
