A COUPLE PUTS UP A WEBSITE WHERE YOU CAN VOTE WHETHER OR NOT THEY SHOULD TERMINATE THEIR PREGNANCY
This feels so, so WRONG. Like something pro-lifers will be citing for YEARS, to show how people don't take terminating a pregnancy seriously.
A couple in Apple Valley, Minnesota has put up a website called BirthOrNot.com . . . where they're asking strangers to vote on whether or not they should TERMINATE THEIR PREGNANCY.
The couple is 30-year-old Pete and Alisha Arnold. They've been married for 10 years, and they recently conceived a child. But they're not sure if they're ready to be parents . . . so they're asking the world.
On the website they've announced that if they do go through with the pregnancy, the child will be a boy.
Now, there's a decent chance that this is all an elaborate pro-life stunt. On Alisha's Facebook page she's a fan of GLENN BECK, and a Google search of Pete turned up some pro-GEORGE W. BUSH comments, so they're clearly Republican.
But Pete swears it's not a hoax. He says they want the public's opinion . . . and even though they'll ultimately make the decision themselves, they'll take into account what the public decides.
The poll will end on December 7th, which is still in the safe range for Alisha to have the pregnancy terminated. When we last checked, over 50,000 people had voted . . . and 81% said keep the child.
