Every year, Illinois has a list of personalized license plates that are BANNED by the state. It's their way of trying to make sure that no one sneaks a DIRTY license plate past them.
This year, the list is up to 4,758 entries. And while the entire thing isn't released to the public, a portion was put out to local newspapers.
