A Guy Got Six Months In Prison For Selling The "Whizzinator"

In 2008, 67-year-old Gerald Willis was arrested for selling a product called the Whizzinator. You may have heard of it before.

--If not, the Whizzinator is a prosthetic device that's meant to help drug users cheat on drug tests. It looks just like a guy's DONG, and it's got a separate compartment for storing "clean" pee.

--The idea is that when your boss or probation officer asks you to take a drug test, you can whip out the Whizzinator, and they'll have no clue it's not really your junk.

--Anyway, Gerald pleaded guilty to conspiracy to selling drug paraphernalia, and conspiracy to defraud the United States. Wednesday he was sentenced to six months in prison. But it wasn't because he SOLD the Whizzinator . . .

--It's because Gerald specifically marketed it as a way to cheat the federal government, and The Man didn't appreciate that too much.

(--In other words, you can sell products to cheat the government . . . you just can't SAY that's why you're doing it. Because that makes so much sense.) (???)
