DID TIGER CHEAT?
TIGER WOODS made an ILLEGAL DROP on Friday at the Masters tournament. It was initially deemed appropriate, but the PGA rules committee ultimately reversed itself and gave Tiger a two-stroke penalty. There was a huge argument in the media about whether Tiger should have pulled out of the tournament because of it. He didn't, and ultimately it didn't matter, because he finished fourth.
