A judge reversed Dorothy McGurk's divorce settlement last week after her ex caught her lying. Three years ago, she was awarded $850 a month for life and the couple's home after she convinced a court that a 1997 car accident left her too injured to work. Dorothy's ex, Brian, took her back to court after she posted pictures of herself on her blog belly dancing. Dorothy told the court she was prescribed belly dancing as a treatment for her injuries; a statement her doctor denied on the stand. Not only was she stripped of her settlement she was also ordered her to pay her ex-husband $5,000 plus interest for lawyer's fees.
