Charlie Sheen set a new 'Guinness World Record' earlier this week for accumulating one million Twitter followers in the shortest amount of time. The Guinness Book of World Records released a statement that read, "Guinness World Records today confirmed a new record for the fastest time to reach 1 million followers on Twitter is 25 hours 17 minutes, achieved by Charlie Sheen (Usa) between 1-2 March 2011".
