The South Shore Tattoo Parlor, in Amityville, New York, has been inking people with Charlie Sheen tattoos. The inkings show Charlie's head on a tiger's body with blood dripping from the animal. TMZ claims Mike Nomy is the tattoo artist responsible for the inking.
