Enterprise, Alabama is holding “The World’s Smallest St. Patrick’s Day Parade” on Thursday. Chamber of Commerce president Phil Thomas says the parade features one marcher and a grand marshal. “We had people that asked why Enterprise doesn’t do anything to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. Of course, we’re not going to compete with the larger ones like in Pensacola , so we decided on this format.”
