Marilyn Leisz, of Patterson, New Jersey, is suing her plastic surgeon because she can no longer close her eyes. She first went to Dr. Paul Parker to correct bumps on her eyelids from a cosmetic procedure performed by another doctor. Leisz's attorney says she wasn’t a good candidate for this surgery and was never told about other options or risks. Leisz says she has to use gel at night and a vaporizer so she doesn’t scratch her eyes out.
