John McGinley, who recently had lifesaving quadruple heart bypass surgery, is drinking 18 cans of lager a day because he wants to "die happy". The 52 year-old Londoner says he starts boozing every day at 8 a.m.. "The doc warned me off the drink and smoking but I'm going to die anyway so I might as well die happy rather than live like a monk."
