KCBS-TV reporter SERENE BRANSON did NOT suffer a stroke on TV . . . and apparently, she's OK . . . so I guess it's safe to enjoy her gibberish once again.
Serene's post-Grammy live "report" on Sunday night straddled the line between seriously funny and seriously disturbing . . . depending on whether you believed she was just massively tongue-tied, or medically brain-fried.
