Brett Favre's Masseuse Says Brett Did Want a Happy Ending . . . But Backed Off Permanently When She Turned Him Down

BRETT FAVRE may be a cheating, sexting machine . . . but at least he knows that no means no.

According to one of the female masseuses from the New York Jets, she WON'T be going after Brett for sexual harassment . . . because she doesn't feel like he crossed the line.

This masseuse is Amanda Oswald, and the Jets hired her to work on Favre during his one season with the team in 2008. And, of course, Brett tried his usual text messaging seduction on her.

She says he texted her asking for a private massage session with, quote, "bad intentions." She texted back, and told him that wasn't ever going to happen. He replied "OK" . . . and then kept everything totally professional from that point on.

Amanda says, quote, "[While] I do believe it was inappropriate, I can't say I was being harassed."

Two other masseuses who worked on Favre while he was on the Jets ARE going after him for sexual harassment.

One more note on Favre: Even though it seems like he's been teasing his retirement for a decade now, it may be real this time. Brett has officially filed retirement papers with the NFL.

Of course, those don't set it in stone . . . but there's a much stronger sign he's hanging it up. Sunday night, he started selling "Thanks for the memories" memorabilia on his website,OfficialBrettFavre.com.
