Here Are Four Reasons To Date A Dude Who's Broke

I don't know much about women, but I know this: They don't want to date a guy who's BROKE. But maybe they should.

--At least that's according to a professor at Northwestern University named Adam Galinsky. He says, quote, "Guys with less cash can actually make women happier, because money and status often breed disloyalty and other negative traits in men."

--On that note, here are four reasons to date a guy who's poor:

#1.) He's less likely to cheat: Studies have shown that rich men cheat more often than poorer guys. But you already knew that. It's common sense.

#2.) He'll try harder with your friends: Research has found that when poor guys meet strangers, they talk more, laugh more, and make more eye contact than rich guys.

--Basically, it's because guys with less money view social connections as a survival skill, while rich guys can't be bothered.

#3.) He'll encourage you more: Poorer guys tend to be more supportive about your career, because they aren't so consumed by their own.

#4.) Better Sex: If I'm really into a girl but I don't have a lot of dough, I'm going to pull out all the stops to make sure she doesn't leave me . . . like all the others did. (???)

--So maybe I can't afford fancy dinners or vacations, and I can't buy her expensive gifts. But I CAN control my performance in the bedroom, and you'd better believe I'm going to give it my all. I can't afford NOT to.
