"Esquire" magazine polled 10,000 FEMALES and asked them to name the Best-Looking Woman in America.

--CHRISTINA HENDRICKS . . . the delightfully heavy-chested, red-headed minx from "Mad Men", was the clear winner, with 30% of the vote.

--Model ADRIANA LIMA . . . who's actually Brazilian, not American . . . came in second with 17%, followed by MEGAN FOX, with 14%.

--The ladies were also asked who they'd want to SCISSOR with if they swung that way. It was another landslide, with 31% of the vote going to ZOOEY DESCHANEL.

--Megan Fox came in second with 20% of the vote, and Adriana Lima had 14%.
