A GUY IN OHIO BULLDOZED HIS HOUSE
BEFORE THE BANK COULD FORECLOSE ON IT

Now it's time to recognize our Hero of the Day . . .
Terry Hoskins of Moscow, Ohio (--25 miles southeast of Cincinnati).

--About ten years ago, Terry built a house worth $350,000. But, like a lot of us, he's had trouble making his mortgage payments. And recently, the bank started the process of FORECLOSING on his home.

--But two weeks ago, Terry decided he wasn't going to take it lying down. So instead of waiting for the bank to seize the property, Terry decided to BULLDOZE his own home. (!!!)

--Terry says, quote, "When I see I owe $160,000 on a home valued at $350,000, and someone decides they want to take it, no, I wasn't going to stand for that, so I took it down . . . When I knew I was going to lose it, I decided to take it down."

--And next month, Terry's carpet store is scheduled to go up for auction. But before it's sold, Terry says he's thinking about leveling that building too
