A flight attendant for American Eagle is making national news after losing his cool during a long delay in New York last week. It happened last Monday, but now the video is online. The passengers were angry because they'd already been delayed about five hours. And apparently Jose Serrano, a flight attendant, was sick of hearing it. Because he got on the speaker before they left the gate and DARED them to get off the plane.
