This is horrifyingly bad parenting. On Friday night, a 19-year-old mother in Phoenix was drunk and high on marijuana at a friend's house . . . and had her one-month-old baby with her. When she left, she put the baby in his car seat on the roof of the car . . . but forgot he was there and DROVE OFF. He fell, but miraculously wasn't hurt. She was arrested . . . and the baby is with protective services.
