Steven Cowan was sentenced to three years of probation yesterday for shooting his TV. The Wisconsin man shot his set and then held police at bay for more than 15 hours following Bristol Palin's appearance on Dancing With the Stars in November. Cowan's wife told cops he was stressed because of a financial situation and was receiving care for a mental health problem.
